By accessing this website, purchasing any product, downloading any file, or using any digital asset provided by WrapKitPro, you agree to the terms of this Legal Notice, together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on this website.

1. Independent Third-Party Store

WrapKitPro is an independent digital product store. WrapKitPro is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or otherwise connected to Tesla, Inc. or any of its affiliates.

Any references to “Tesla,” “Model 3,” “Model Y,” “Cybertruck,” “Paint Shop,” or other vehicle-related terms are used only to identify vehicle compatibility, intended use, or installation context for digital wrap visualization files.

Tesla and all related vehicle names, logos, trademarks, service marks, product names, and brand identifiers are the property of Tesla, Inc. or their respective owners.

2. Digital Product Disclaimer

All products sold by WrapKitPro are downloadable digital files. They are not physical vinyl wraps, printed wraps, automotive parts, decals, stickers, installation services, or physical goods of any kind.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each product may include one or more digital files such as PNG files, ZIP folders, preview images, templates, or installation instructions intended for compatible vehicle display or visualization use.

Because our products are digital downloads, no physical item will be shipped.

3. Compatibility Notice

WrapKitPro designs are created for digital customization and visualization purposes. Compatibility may depend on your vehicle model, software version, display settings, file format requirements, USB formatting, folder structure, and any changes made by Tesla or other third-party software providers.

We make reasonable efforts to provide files in the formats described on each product page, but we do not guarantee that every file will work with every vehicle, software version, region, configuration, or future update.

It is your responsibility to confirm that your vehicle and software support the relevant digital customization feature before purchasing.

4. Installation and Use

Any installation instructions provided by WrapKitPro are for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for properly downloading, saving, transferring, organizing, and using the files.

WrapKitPro is not responsible for user error, improper USB formatting, incorrect folder naming, deleted files, corrupted storage devices, vehicle software changes, or incompatibility caused by third-party systems.

Do not attempt to use any digital file while driving or in any way that may distract from safe vehicle operation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original designs, product files, images, previews, written instructions, page content, branding, and digital assets created by WrapKitPro are owned by WrapKitPro or licensed to WrapKitPro, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased digital file for your own personal vehicle customization or visualization use.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, upload, share, reproduce, modify for resale, list on another marketplace, include in a competing product, or otherwise commercially exploit any WrapKitPro file without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Brands and Customer-Submitted Content

WrapKitPro does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, logos, trade dress, vehicle names, brand names, or protected designs.

If a product, preview, or custom request references a third-party brand, the reference is for descriptive, nominative, compatibility, parody, inspiration, or customer-requested design-context purposes only, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Customers submitting logos, artwork, brand assets, images, patterns, names, or other materials for custom work represent that they own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use those materials. Customers agree not to submit content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights.

WrapKitPro reserves the right to reject, cancel, remove, or refuse any order, custom request, design, or file that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, platform rules, law, or our internal policies.

7. No Warranty

All products and files are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrapKitPro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, non-infringement, uninterrupted use, or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that any digital file will remain compatible with future vehicle software updates, future Tesla features, third-party platforms, or future device requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrapKitPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, lost profits, software issues, device issues, vehicle display issues, customer misuse, or incompatibility with third-party systems.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased product shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product.

9. Refunds and Digital Delivery

Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

However, if you receive the wrong file, cannot access your download, or believe the file is defective, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a corrected copy, replacement download, or other appropriate support.

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, compatibility notes, instructions, and preview images accurate. However, errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical differences may occur.

Product previews are for demonstration purposes only. Actual appearance may vary depending on screen settings, vehicle display, file handling, software version, lighting, or rendering differences.

11. Right to Modify Products and Policies

WrapKitPro may update, revise, discontinue, remove, or modify products, pricing, descriptions, files, instructions, and policies at any time without prior notice.

The version of this Legal Notice posted on the website at the time of use or purchase governs your use of the site and products.
